That style of yours.... Goshhhh!
I adored Maria so much since she was both the unwilling villain yet a hero all the same (depending on the ending), but I feel horrible for her in all the endings... Seriously. Along with Monika and Ogre she was my favourite character in the game. She had just a small amount of "twisted" but a lot of sense to go with it
And in all honesty, I have my own little headcanon that she didn't participate the second time over but became more of a regretful observer ;A; In the end I think Maria only would do such things out of love and debt for her doctor. Then again, Aya saved her so I don't know how things turned there... Ohhh I wish more was revealed!!
but gosh, same same same! Each woman really really loved the doctor and in the end it only lead each of them to tragedy!
Though part of me wondered if it wasn't so much love of the doctor that drove Aya's mother to come back in the form of a curse, or the desire to stop Aya from being turned into a doll. She understood he had that addiction to doing it, and loved him anyway, but there's a point when the line is crossed...not matter how much one loves someone.
but still, Maria is a nice woman ^_^
We dislike her in the beginning of the game, but grow to like her as her actions and thoughts develop and reveal themselves.
Such a sad fate, but at least she was able to help her mistress in the end. And that's all her duty was yepperoni
